Our youngest team member and apprentice, Connor, being recognised for his achievements. Connor started with us in September 2016 and has recently passed his first year studying Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Administration for Mortgage and/or Financial Planning Intermediaries. Connor is well on his way now to becoming a fully qualified mortgage adviser in the next few months and is progressing well to achieve his long-term goal of qualifying as an Independent Financial Adviser.
We have made a commitment to our staff and clients and believe that bringing younger staff members through the ranks will help us to continue to deliver a quality service over the long term. Our on-going training programme that all of our staff participate in, and our qualification programme that our newer team members participate in, allow us to constantly drive up, the standard and quality of our service and advice.
We would like to congratulate Connor on his achievement and thank him for his hard work thus far. Connor is also celebrating a big mile stone next week, his 18th birthday! Happy birthday Connor from all of us here at Belmont.
